Topps Error: 70 + 514 = HR Record?

The Chase,
Topps seems to get obsessed with themes,
have a sub set, but for fucks sake,
card #169 is Brad Ziegler (D'backs)

Topps 2013 Series 1 #138

He started the season aged 33,
The "Career chase: With 323 games pitched, Ziegler is 929 away from Jesse Orosco's all-time record of 1,252"

No offense to the guy but he'll be drawing his pension at the rate he's going.
