Can YU Believe It!

It's always good to start the season strong,

especially for a pitcher,

you don't want to get lit up and go 5 IP 6 ER 9 Hits & 2 Walks,

For an ERA 10.80 & 2.20 WHIP.

So Kershaw made those who drafted him #1 pitcher a little happier and smug, going

A complete game shutout, with 7 K's, and a 0.44 WHIP.

But Yu Darvish went,

1 out away from baseball pitching perfection,

8.2 IP, 0 Runs, 0 Walks, 14 K's & 1 HIT

0.00 ERA & 0.12 WHIP

Gotta love it if you drafted either of those power pitchers.
